Of the 400+ Minnesota public high schools making the U.S. News & World Report's 2023 Best High School rankings, three of the top ten high schools are authorized by Friends of Education:

- Nova Classical Academy
- Eagle Ridge Academy
- Orono High School
- Edina High School
- Minnetonka High School
- Wayzata High School
- Eagan High School
- Parnassus Preparatory School
- Mahtomedi High School
Congratulations to Nova Classical Academy and Eagle Ridge Academy for ranking #2 and #3 respectively for four consecutive years: 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023!

NEW SCHOOL CHARTER SCHOOL APPLICATION DUE DATE
Letter of Intent Due: November 1, 2025 for a January 2026 application submission.
Applications Due: January 15, 2026. Applications are submitted through Friends of Education's application portal.
