Yinghua Academy

As a public school, a charter school necessarily incurs the public's trust, both in expending public funds and in educating public school children.

As an authorizer of charter schools, Friends of Education believes it also incurs the public's trust in fulfilling its oversight obligations.  The purpose of publishing these documents is to honor that trust by reporting, to the public, the performance of Friends of Education authorized charter schools.
